I took this picture last week when I was in DC – I guess people are still confused as to what a cow is. Still I like the idea that in order for people to eat at a seafood restaurant, the place has to confirm that seafood has no mad cow disease. Maybe the next big thing will be big signs that say “You are allergic to everything we serve”.
