So who’s goin to ISEA 2004? With all of the emails about early bird tickets, I’m wondering if lots of people have purchased them or not? The event seems like a winner with multiple boat trips/cruises with artists talks and installations, on-board Wifi, a pool, ballroom, casino?, and all the media artists you can shake a stick at. Add in trips to three cities (Tallin , Helsinki, and Stockholm), a week of sun (it doesn’t get very dark in Scandinavia in the summer), and the only thing that could ruin this would be the “Perfect Storm”. I’ll be presenting some work on “Subversive Networks” and hopefully a workshop in Tallin (more to come on that one).
