Yesterday we took a lot of old, outdated computer equipment I had in storage, over to the “Recycle Your Electronics” day in Park Slope. The computers will be re-conditioned in the Bronx and given to low-income families so that they can have computers in their homes. Very cool day and great to see all the people that came out. One guy even brought a mint condition Apple IIe (that I really wanted to take) – not great for web surfing but cool vintage factor.
