Here’s a picture of the “Filing Cabinet Accordian” that one of our workshop participants built during the MIDI Scrayard Challenge workshop that we ran at Palais De Tokyo in Paris this week. As you open and close the shelves, custom switches constructed from recycled old floppy disk drives are triggered on the edges of the instrument! Really nice and simple project that exemplifies the kind of basic, but clever projects that are made in our one-day version of the workshops.
