The Device Inversion series is an ongoing exploration of our paradoxical relationship with portable technology, personal surveillance, and the physical choreography of urban public space. Set primarily against the rhythmic backdrop of the New York City transit network—from crowded subway cars to platform waiting areas—these works investigate how ubiquitous personal devices shape our bodily postures, isolation, and digital reliance.
