Accelerate on the Tears of the Exploited

Description

Tesla Tears is a handheld game where players drive a Tesla  around a city playing as government workers collecting backpay they lost from the government shutdown of 2025.  As they drive, their Tesla’s battery depletes forcing them to find hydro-electric charging stations powered the tears of workers fired by the Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E. RIP 2025). At the top of the screen, a meter shows their car’s available charge that depletes as they drive around. Chasing them and stealing their collected cash, are grabbing hands that represent Trump’s tariffs. The goal is to collect enough back pay to successfully pay off the first installment of the Tesla loan charge where you eventually can stop the game and opt out of your contract in order to purchase an older, more pollution friendly car that has no connections to Elon Musk or D.O.G.E..
