In Birmingham to install my PoliceState project and I was walking around town and I noticed this crazy building – that will eventually be a Selfridges Dept Store – but it has a few thousand silver discs on the side and is shaped like an amorphous blob – reminded me a bit of Frank Gehry without the sharp edges.. def worth a look and who knows maybe they could eventually turn the discs into antennas for flying saucers and wifi nodes.
