After Chris Hackett of the Madagascar Institute in Brooklyn was hospitalized a few months ago from a freak accident, people wrote get-well cards for him. Now all of the cards are scanned and on view on their website. Pretty nice gesture and hopefully this will encourage people to contribute to the now PayPal automated fund for his insurance costs! One of my favs is the card that says “Chris we ARE you”.
