Today, on a suggestion from my GP, I went to the pool to try and do some excersizes to build back the muscles I lost while in the Hospital. Walking in water can do wonders for bad thigh muscles. It was great and I’m still a bit sore from everything but def worth it. Rosa helped me out with the excersizes which was super cool… I also managed to turn off comments for this blog (too much spam from the online poker folks!!!) all I did was walk in the pool for an hour or so to strengthen my leg muscles. Just take long strides and make sure to only use you leg muscles, not your back or arms… hope that helps..
