Today Kaki and I gave talks about our work at the Queens Museum of Art – for an event called Ciudad Transmobil – which was mainly about mobile technology, the city, and immigrant culture. One of the other speakers was Anthony Townsend of NYC Wireless – but like most of the events we’ve been to where he was scheduled to talk at, he didn’t show up!! Go figure… Oh well – lots of students were there and it seemed to go really well…..
