The Pedestrian Levitation project “puts human movement in a virtual world. The work analyses pedestrians on the crossroad of the Chaussée de Boondael and the Rue de Brasserie in Ixelles (Brussels, Belgium) and visualises their lines of movement on and around the building of La Cambre- from the real to the imaginary.” This is a project done by Thomas Laurens – one of the workshoppers in the Communectivity workshop that Amy and I ran last summer in Gent, Belgium. Very nice use of public space in a large physical installation. I would like to see a pic next. . .
