I read this article recently about how it will take you 12 years to actually start “saving” money from a hybrid car. That’s a really long time, and in 12 years, hybrid cars probably won’t even be around anymore, there will be straight-up “plug-in” cars that don’t even run on gas anymore. So maybe a hybrid will cut down some emissions in the short term and look stylish, etc… it’s kind of sad that you actually won’t be saving any money until over a decade of use. Someone please make a hydrogen powered car affordable….
