Loca can track any Bluetooth device that the owner has set to visible. Our system makes inferences based on analysis of the collected data to guide communication with these Bluetooth users, for example via unsolicited messages or performers.” A simple, but effective way of tracking the movement of people carrying moble devices around a city.
