This was a hardware Nintendo hack I saw at ElectroFringe that combined a Famicom with the next Nintendo model. The mod included custom built knobs that were soldered onto the Nintendo’s motherboard that tweaked the video output of the graphics engine. Potentiometers and buttons also messed with controller input, sound output, and the game cartridges themselves. Will post the link to it’s creator when I find it…
