This was interesting. Outside of a restaurant in Mnhttn yesterday I noticed they didnt want people sitting on the pipes in front of their windows so they built these scary, sharp “people deterrants” and chained them to the top of the hydrants so that no one could sit there. Seems like a pretty harsh way to do this – esp for those fire fighters who might get injured trying to use this if a fire actually did happen! I guess it just proves the fact that people are really just pigeons.. hmmmmm.
