The “Puppy House” appears to be breeding Siamese Puppies and they even advertise it on their sign! (hehe).. This was spotted in LA over the past couple days! It seems to be some crazy kennel where people leave their dawgs while they go on vacation – leave them with Dr. Frankenstein that is….yipes.
