This modified printer was built by workshoppers today during the MIDI Scrapyard Challenge mini-workshop in this larger “Scrapyard Challenge” framework workshop we are conducting this week in Madrid. This was the “BattleStar Printer-Galactica” – a huge printer-turned-drum-machine with a “human H-Bridge” – which allowed them to switch polarity on the motor direction by simply directing the power to different poles of the incoming power on the mechanism.
